DISTANCE ELECTRONIC TICKET SALES AND INTERMEDIARY AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

1.2 – CARRIER COMPANY
The company that actually performs the passenger transportation service. Carrier details are specified on the ticket.

1.3 – BUYER (PASSENGER)
The person who purchases the ticket via the INTERMEDIARY’s website.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement regulates the terms of the ticket sales intermediation service provided by the INTERMEDIARY via its website.

The INTERMEDIARY acts solely as an intermediary. Transportation services are provided by the CARRIER.

ARTICLE 3 – NATURE OF THE SERVICE

The purchased ticket constitutes a transportation agreement between the BUYER and the CARRIER.

The INTERMEDIARY is not a party to the transportation service.

ARTICLE 4 – TICKET AND DELIVERY

The ticket is issued electronically and sent via e-mail. It is deemed delivered once the order is completed.

ARTICLE 5 – BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

The BUYER accepts the accuracy of the provided information and is responsible for all required travel documents.

ARTICLE 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE INTERMEDIARY

The INTERMEDIARY shall not be liable for:

• Trip cancellations or delays
• Accidents or baggage loss
• Any issues arising from the transportation service

All such responsibilities belong to the CARRIER.

ARTICLE 7 – CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

The execution of the trip and passenger safety are under the responsibility of the CARRIER.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is no right of withdrawal for passenger transportation services.

ARTICLE 9 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the rules of the CARRIER.

ARTICLE 10 – DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

The INTERMEDIARY is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, technical issues, or official authorities.

ARTICLE 11 – VISA ON ARRIVAL

The INTERMEDIARY only facilitates document transmission. Visa approval is the responsibility of the relevant authorities.

ARTICLE 12 – BAGGAGE

Baggage rules are determined by the CARRIER. The INTERMEDIARY is not responsible for loss or damage.

ARTICLE 13 – WEBSITE USAGE

All website content belongs to the INTERMEDIARY and may be updated.

ARTICLE 14 – PRIVACY

Personal data is protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

ARTICLE 15 – JURISDICTION

Marmaris Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 16 – ENFORCEMENT

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms upon completing the purchase.
