Odek Lines Conditions of Carriage
All passengers are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
1. The travel document is personal and non-transferable.
2. After the scheduled departure time, no changes to bookings, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.
3. The passenger must present the credit card used to purchase the travel document to the authorities at check-in (when collecting the boarding pass at the port).
4. Open-dated travel documents are valid for the year in which they are issued.
5. The passenger agrees to comply with the on-board regulations and the captain's instructions.
6. The passenger must be at the port at least 1 hour before the vessel's departure time.
7. The seller reserves the right to make any changes to the sailing schedule.
8. Any dispute relating to transportation shall be resolved in Marmaris Courts in accordance with current tariff conditions and Turkish Laws and Regulations.
9. Due to adverse weather and sea conditions or problems beyond the seller's control, sailings may be suspended, altered or their duration extended. The seller accepts no responsibility for any costs or inconveniences arising from such delays or cancellations beyond their control, including transportation, accommodation and food expenses.
10. Women who are more than six months pregnant are not permitted to travel on our vessels for their own safety.
11. The seller accepts no liability for any injury, death, damage or loss to vehicles, luggage or personal belongings unless proven to be caused by the seller's fault or negligence by the judicial courts in Marmaris. The seller accepts no liability where injury, death, loss or damage is caused by terrorism, civil unrest, civil war, natural disaster, adverse sea and weather conditions, or malicious acts by third parties.
12. The travel document fee covers only the transportation service between the departure and arrival ports. Travel documents may only be used for the route specified on them and do not cover any other services unless an additional fee has been charged by the seller.
13. If payment is made in a currency other than the advertised currency, the exchange will be calculated at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey Buying Rate at the time the electronic travel document is purchased.
14. A specific seat number on board is not guaranteed.
15. Greece does not require a visa from holders of Green and Grey Passports.
16. Holders of regular passports must have a valid Schengen Visa for the duration of the journey.
17. Turkish Citizens whose passports contain a TRNC entry stamp cannot travel to Greece with those passports.
18. It is dangerous and prohibited for passengers to board or disembark before the gangway is fully open and boarding or disembarkation has been approved by crew and necessary safety measures taken.
19. If a passenger behaves in a manner that endangers the vessel, any person or property, obstructs crew duties, fails to comply with crew instructions or causes reasonable objection from other passengers, the seller may take measures it deems necessary to prevent the continuation of such behaviour, including restraint of the passenger.
20. Passengers must remain seated during departure and docking manoeuvres. Passengers must comply with announcements made during the voyage. The seller shall not be liable for any injury or damage arising from non-compliance with these rules.
21. The seller shall only be liable for damage to a passenger or their baggage caused by the seller's own fault. If the passenger is contributorily negligent, the seller's liability may be reduced or excluded subject to the provisions of applicable legislation.
22. The seller shall not be liable for damage to fragile or perishable items, cash, jewellery, precious metals, silverware, bills, other commercially valuable papers, passports, other identity documents or copies thereof contained in baggage.
23. The seller shall not be liable for any illness, injury or disability, including death, of a passenger whose age, mental or physical condition poses a danger or risk to themselves, where such condition is connected to or worsened during transportation.
Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal: Due to the non-applicability of the articles under the "Third Chapter" of the Distance Contracts Regulation dated 27.11.2014 to Passenger Transport Services; THE BUYER DOES NOT HAVE A RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
1. If travel is cancelled at least 48 hours before vessel departure, 80% of the paid fare will be refunded.
2. Date and time changes made at least 48 hours before vessel departure will be made free of charge subject to availability. No refund will be given for a travel document that has been changed to a later date.
3. If travel is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before vessel departure, 50% of the paid fare will be refunded.

5. If travel is cancelled less than 24 hours before vessel departure, no refund will be given. No date or time changes will be made.
6. If a travel document is purchased and cancelled on the same day or less than 24 hours before vessel departure, no refund or date/time change will be made.
7. No refund or date/time change will be made for requests submitted after the vessel has departed.
8. No refund will be given to passengers who are not permitted to board by the relevant authorities or who cannot travel due to visa issues.

After the sale confirmation of the travel document purchased under this agreement, the Buyer accepts and undertakes to act in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Conditions above, not to act contrary to those conditions, and not to request a refund outside of those conditions.
